Thorough crane inspection
Crane inspections include a comprehensive check for cracks, damage, bearings, motors and gears. We also perform a load test to verify that the crane automatically stops at its maximum lifting capacity as part of the safety inspection.
Vacuum lifter testing
Unlike cranes, vacuum lifters and vacuum lifting beams are typically not load-tested in the traditional way. Instead, we test their ability to maintain vacuum and lifting capacity. A pressure test confirms that the vacuum can be maintained for a specified period, while a flow test ensures that the suction system is functioning correctly.
Documentation
After each inspection, we provide a detailed inspection report documenting all checks performed and any parts replaced. We also attach a service label to the equipment showing the inspection date and the date of the next mandatory inspection.
