Lightweight and Flexible Crane for Professional Use
The Knap On Crane Electric Lift is designed with low weight and maximum flexibility in mind. Weighing less than 40 kg, it is easy to handle and install without significantly reducing the vehicle’s payload.
The crane is mounted in our universal baseplate system, allowing it to be shared between multiple vehicles. The same crane can therefore be used on vans, panel vans, flatbed trucks and trailers, provided that a compatible baseplate is installed.
If additional lifting height is required, the crane can be fitted with a height extension, which raises the lifting boom by an additional 300 mm. This provides greater flexibility in situations where extra lifting height is needed without compromising the crane’s stability or functionality.
Electric Operation and Flexible Reach
The electric lifting system enables fast and precise operation of the crane. Combined with the available boom extension options, it provides a versatile solution that can be adapted to a wide range of lifting tasks and working environments.
The crane can be supplied with either an electric wire hoist or a fixed lifting chain, depending on your requirements. The combination of electric lifting, boom extension and accessories makes it suitable for both everyday service work and more demanding lifting applications.
Operates With or Without Vehicle Power
The crane is powered directly from the vehicle’s 12V electrical system and is designed for energy-efficient operation. When vehicle power is not available, the crane can also be operated using an external battery box, making it completely mobile and independent of the vehicle.
