Arena Track Leveller for Danish Tractor Pulling

For tractor pulling, the quality of the track is essential for both performance and safety. The surface must be level, stable, and free from irregularities to ensure the best possible conditions for competitors.

To meet these requirements, Danish Tractor Pulling needed a robust, purpose-built track leveller capable of handling the unique demands of the sport and they needed it delivered quickly.

The Solution – A Custom Track Leveller Developed in Collaboration with KILVER

In collaboration with the local company KILVER, ASP Product designed, manufactured, and delivered a new track leveller in just three weeks.

The machine was engineered to provide maximum stability and efficiency, featuring:

• 3-metre working width for fast coverage of large areas
• Extra-long skids for improved stability during operation
• Reversible blades allowing operation in both directions
• Front and rear plates to retain material and break up clay clumps
• Hydraulic height adjustment with upper and lower end stops for precise grading control

From Concept to Finished Product in Record Time

The entire project was completed in just three weeks, from the initial concept to the finished track leveller delivered in Fredericia, Denmark.
