The Challenge

Aarsleff Rail needed a specialised solution for servicing pump wells located along railway tracks.

The equipment had to be able to operate in challenging terrain without damaging the tracks, while also being easy to transport and use in areas where space is limited.

Traditional lifting equipment was not suitable for these working conditions, creating a need for a lightweight, mobile and robust solution that could handle heavy lifting tasks without the use of larger machinery.

Our Solution

ASP Product developed a customised version of our standard lifting cart, optimised specifically for Aarsleff Rail’s requirements.

The solution was designed with focus on mobility, low weight and functionality in difficult environments.

The lifting cart features:
