Compact and Lightweight Crane for Everyday Use
The Knap On Crane Manual Hydraulic is designed with low weight, flexibility and ease of use in mind. Weighing less than 45 kg, it occupies very little space inside the vehicle, making it ideal for vans and service vehicles where payload capacity and storage space are important.
The crane has a maximum boom reach of 155 cm and connects directly to the vehicle’s 12V battery. The energy-efficient design requires very little power, so the vehicle does not need to idle during operation and the battery is not unnecessarily drained.
The manual hydraulic crane enables a single operator to carry out lifting tasks that would otherwise require several people or heavy manual handling, improving both productivity and workplace ergonomics.
Flexible Mounting and Multiple Applications
The crane is mounted in our universal baseplate system, allowing it to be moved quickly between multiple vehicles or workstations. By installing additional baseplates, the same crane can be shared between several vans, trailers or other working environments.
The crane can also be mounted in a vertical baseplate in the workshop, creating a flexible lifting point for production and maintenance tasks. We also offer crane trolleys and concrete base blocks, providing portable lifting points for construction sites and workshops.
Our baseplates can also be custom-manufactured to suit your specific vehicle or trailer, ensuring the best possible use of the available space.
