When standard solutions are not enough, our customized solutions make the difference. We have developed a new adapter plate for our hydraulic vacuum lifter, making it possible to lift items weighing up to 4,000 kg – twice the normal lifting capacity.

Heavy-duty adapter plate for high-capacity lifting

The new adapter plate is designed to be mounted directly onto our hydraulic vacuum lifter, but with one important difference: The lifting operation is performed through a crane that connects directly to the adapter plate rather than through the vacuum lifter itself.

This allows us to bypass the normal load limit of 2,000 kg and opens up completely new possibilities for heavy lifting applications.

Flexible solution for large concrete elements

The solution has already been used for handling large concrete elements with a crane, where the vacuum lifter was connected directly to the crane’s hydraulic system.

The result is stable and efficient handling of even the heaviest elements, without compromising safety or functionality.

As with all our vacuum lifters, the control system is intuitive and connected directly to the machine’s hydraulic system.

Our adapter plates can be customized for almost all types of paving stones, natural stones and special elements, regardless of shape, size or application.
