FAQ Vacuum Lifter for Excavator
Our hydraulic tile lifter has a lifting capacity of up to 2,000 kg, making it suitable for handling and installing heavy tiles and concrete elements on the construction site.
The tile lifter is supplied as standard with an adapter plate measuring 35 x 45 cm. In addition, we offer a wide range of adapter plates for tile lifters, allowing the equipment to be adapted to different tasks and materials.
If you need to lift heavier items, such as large concrete elements, we also offer a specially designed adapter plate that increases the tile lifter’s lifting capacity to up to 4,000 kg.
With our wide range of adapter plates for the hydraulic tile lifter, you can lift most types of tiles and paving stones. The tile lifter can be used for handling modular paving stones, kerbstones, Danblok blocks, natural stone, large-format tiles and various special products.
The different adapter plates make it possible to adapt the tile lifter to the specific task, allowing you to work safely and efficiently with many different types of paving materials.
If you cannot find an adapter plate that suits your task, we can also develop a customized solution to match your requirements.
Yes. With our tilt adapter, you can easily lift tiles that are standing vertically on a pallet. The adapter creates a vacuum grip and rotates during lifting, providing a safe and ergonomic workflow.
If you need to lift larger items, we can customize and develop an adapter plate specifically for your task.
The tile lifter can be mounted on all types of excavators, backhoe loaders and cranes equipped with a hydraulic system providing a minimum oil flow of 10 litres per minute.
When purchasing a hydraulic tile lifter, a selectable quick coupler that fits your machine is included. You can see our quick couplers here: Quick couplers from ASP Produktudvikling.
The hydraulic system is powered by the excavator’s hydraulics and creates vacuum through our own-developed vacuum pump.
In 2025, we upgraded the pump, increasing the suction performance by 20%. A pressure gauge on the unit clearly indicates whether there is sufficient vacuum for safe lifting.
Yes. The tile lifter is CE-marked and complies with all applicable safety standards.
Yes. We offer models both with and without a rotor, allowing you to choose a tile lifter that matches your requirements.
In addition, we offer a wide range of adapter plates for different tile types and can develop customized adapter plates for specific tasks.
All adapter plates are mounted with wing nuts, making it possible to change adapter plates in less than 30 seconds without the use of tools.
The tile lifter is supplied with standard quick couplings that fit most mini excavators.
