Crane for Iveco Flatbed

The installed solution is a Knap On Crane Hand Hydraulic featuring a manual hydraulic pump for raising the jib, a manual extension, and an electric wire hoist.

The crane features:

• Manual extension of 1.5 metres
• Lifting capacity of 350 kg
• Lifting height of up to 2 metres when fully extended
• Powered by the vehicle’s 12V battery

The combination of manual hydraulics and an electric wire hoist provides a robust and reliable truck crane that is well suited for daily use on construction sites.

The wire hoist operates from the vehicle’s 12V battery, but the system is designed so that it does not drain the battery unnecessarily and does not require the engine to idle during operation. This provides both practical and economic benefits in daily use.

Our cranes can easily be lifted out of one base plate and installed in another base plate mounted in a different vehicle or flatbed truck, all without the use of tools.
