Crane Mounted on Trailer

In this case, we supplied and installed a crane on a trailer for an asphalt company. The customer needed a flexible solution for lifting tools and machinery on and off the trailer directly at the job site.

Road construction work often involves changing locations and limited working space. Therefore, it was important to provide a crane that is mobile, reliable, and easy to operate.

Hand Hydraulic Crane with 350 kg Lifting Capacity

The selected solution is a Knap On Crane Hand Hydraulic with an electric wire hoist and manual extension.

The crane has a lifting capacity of 350 kg and an outreach of up to 1.5 metres.

The hand hydraulic pump is used for lifting the crane jib, while the electric wire hoist handles the lifting operation itself. This combination provides a robust and simple crane solution for trailers, suitable for daily use in the construction industry.

With an outreach of 1.5 metres, the customer can easily lift asphalt equipment and smaller machinery directly from the ground onto the trailer. This reduces heavy manual lifting and improves the working environment.

Flexible Solution with Universal Base Plate System

The crane is mounted in our universal base plate system. This means the crane can be lifted out of the base plate without tools and moved to another compatible base plate.

For this solution, the customer also had a base plate installed on their flatbed truck. This allows the same crane to be used both on the trailer and on the truck, depending on where the lifting need occurs during the working day.
