Safe and Ergonomic Roof Window Installation
Installing roof windows is often associated with heavy lifting, awkward working positions and the risk of work-related injuries, especially on large roof surfaces. Portal Lift is developed with this in mind and provides an effective lifting aid that significantly improves the working environment for both carpenters and roofers.
With its lightweight and modular design, Portal Lift can easily be transported to the construction site, carried onto the roof and assembled directly on the scaffolding without the need for heavy machinery. Once assembled, the lift is securely attached to the top roof battens, creating a stable and safe lifting platform.
Thanks to the specially developed wheels that grip around the battens, the lift can easily be moved across the roof surface and positioned precisely where the window needs to be installed. This means that tradespeople avoid heavy and unsuitable lifting from scaffolding to the roof and can instead lift the window safely and ergonomically using the electric hoist.
