Sign Base Clamp Developed for Sign Base Crane
The Sign Base Clamp is developed for use together with our specially designed Sign Base Crane. This crane is higher than our standard Knap On Cranes and features faster gearing, making handling of sign bases more efficient.
The increased height allows sign bases to be handled directly from pallets, where the bases are often stacked up to seven layers high on a trailer. This enables the sign bases to be lifted directly from the pallet and placed at the work location without manual handling.
A standard Knap On Crane can also be used, but for professional sign installation work, the Sign Base Crane is recommended as it is specifically developed for this type of application.
Flexible Solution with Universal Baseplate System
The Sign Base Crane is mounted in the universal baseplate system, where all our Knap On Cranes fit into the same baseplate. This provides great flexibility, as the crane can quickly be moved between trailers, vans, trucks or other workstations.
The crane weighs less than 30 kg and can be folded down, making it compact during transport and storage. This makes it easy to move between different work locations.

Installing and moving sign bases traditionally involves many heavy lifts and physically demanding working positions. With a Sign Base Clamp and Sign Base Crane, the equipment takes over the heavy handling, allowing employees to avoid unnecessary strain.
